SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns MUST be in the original fashion in which you received it. There should be no signs of it being worn, no defects, no stains, no pet hair or odor, no smells. It must be unworn and unused. Tags must be attached and package slips must be included with the return.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be processed once we receive it.
- Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of when you receive your order. For items returned past the 30 day period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. Note, the 30 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer.
We are not responsible for returned shipping costs.
Defects or Damaged Items:
Please check your items within 3 days of receiving your order for any issues or defects.
- If there is an issue or defect, you must email within 3 days of receiving the product with images of the damaged item and your order number.
- There will be no exceptions if you have had the item for a longer period of time, worn, washed, or removed the tags from the item.
- If an item is damaged we will cover the cost of shipping and will give you a full refund of the damaged item.
